Delivery Policy
The products are sent to you on our behalf directly from the individual manufacturers and are delivered via reputable carriers or postal services, however the delivery service times are not guaranteed. All deliveries that require a signature also require you to examine the packaging and if any damage is noted, the docket must be signed as “DAMAGED” and then notified to us by e-mail within 24hrs. Customers requesting parcels to be left without signing do so at their own risk.
Refund and Returns Policy
United Kingdom only. If you find any of our products to be unsatisfactory and you wish to return them, you must notify us immediately by e-mail and we will advise you of the next action. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for the return delivery and cost, and should ensure for your own satisfaction that the product is secure and safely packaged and is signed for at the address we advise you to send it to. Returns within 7 days of receipt will have a full replacement or a refund. If a product is returned as faulty and upon examination by the manufacturer it is deemed to be so, a refund (if requested) will include your delivery costs at our discretion. Non UK returns will not include delivery costs back to us.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order or part thereof at any time prior to dispatch by e-mail or telephone and receive a full refund.

UK
All prices include value added tax (VAT) at the rate current at the time of order. Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method that is shown on our web site at the time you place your order. You have a choice of payment options, both online and off-line. Online secure credit and debit card payments and PayPal. Off-line you can place your orders safely and securely over the phone and pay by most of the major credit and debit cards. Online secure payments by PayPal are only accepted.
